3_. Effects → Geometric Effects → Skew: Horizontal — Skew angle: -45 — Wrap.

Layers → Duplicate.

Image → Mirror → Mirror Horizontal.

Blend Mode: Overlay.

Layers → Merge → Merge Down.

4_. Adjust → Add/Remove Noise → Add Noise: Uniform — 6 — Monochrome.

Adjust → Sharpness → Sharpen More.

5_. Layers → New Raster Layer.
