Pinte com o gradiente formado pelas cores configuradas acima.

Configure: Style: Sunburst — Repeats: 2 — Invert marcado — Center Point: H: 50 / V: 50 — Focal Point: H: 10 / V: 10.

Effects → Edge Effects → Enhance.

2_. Effects → Reflection Effects → Feedback.

3_. Effects → Distortion Effects → Warp.

4_. Edit → Copy no elementoinblue_01_lc

Edit → Paste As New Layer.

5_. Plugin Simple → 4 Way Average.

Effects → User Defined Filter → Emboss_3.

6_. Edit → Copy no decor_nmcriacoes_112

Edit → Paste As New Layer.

Não esqueça de apagar a marca-d'água: use a ferramenta Eraser — Size: 30.

Opacity: 60%.

7_. Selections → Load/Save Selection → Load Selection From Disk → inblue1_lc.

8_. Layers → New Raster Layer.

Pinte com a cor do Background: #cbd1d3.

9_. Selections → Modify → Contract: 25.

Tecle Delete.

Edit → Paste Into Selection.

Edit → Paste As New Layer.

Image → Resize: 40% — Resize all layers desmarcado.

Posicione.

Effects → Edge Effects → Enhance.

Selections → Invert.

Tecle Delete.

Selections → Select None.

Opcional: use a mesma flor nas laterais, a gosto (Raster 5).

12_. Duplique a Raster 5 e posicione a flor do lado esquerdo (Copy of Raster 5).

Effects → Reflection Effects → Rotating Mirror: 0 / 180 — Reflect.

13_. Ative a Raster 5.

Layers → Merge → Merge Down.

14_. Formou a Raster 4.

Layers → Duplicate.

Image → Resize: 70% — Resize all layers desmarcado.
