Edit → Paste Into Selection.

Selections → Select None.

Effects → Image Effects → Seamless Tiling: Default.

3_. Adjust → Blur → Radial Blur.

Layers → Duplicate.

Layers → Merge → Merge Group.

Effects → User Defined Filter → Emboss_3.

11_. Ative a Raster 2.

Effects → Image Effects → Offset: H: 0 / V: 80 — Custom e Transparent marcados.
